Ingredients

• 6oz Choice of Liquid (we used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
• 1/3 Fresh Banana, or 4 pieces swiig Freeze-Dried Banana 
• 1 cup Fresh Kale or 1.5 tbsps swiig Freeze-Dried Kale 
• ¾ cup Diced Sweet Potato or 3 tbsps swiig Dried Sweet Potato 
• 1 tsp Honey 
• 2 scp SQWARE MEALS Vanilla (whey or plant- nutritionals reflect whey)*
• 12oz Ice

If using SQWARE MEALS plant use 8oz choice of liquid and 16oz ice.
