  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract & almond milk) together in a separate, small bowl
  • Pour wet ingredients into the dry, and stir well
  • Fold in your mix-ins -- the chocolate chips and your nut of choice
  • Spread Granola bar mixture onto a small, parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Put tray in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes
  • Once cooled, cut bars into about 5-6 even slices, trimming the edges as needed to keep a nice, rectangle shape
