
Spiced Cocoa Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Quick Oats, dry
- 1/2 scp swiig Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1.5 tsps swiig Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsps swiig Peanut Butter (or swiig Almond Butter)
- 1.5 tbsps Honey
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp swiig Vanilla Extract
- 2.5 tsps or 1/4 scp (50cc) swiig Flavor Fusions - Chocolate Truffle
- 1.5 tbsps Miniature semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1.5 tbsps Unsalted, Roasted Peanuts (or nut of choice), chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix wet ingredients (peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract & almond milk) together in a separate, small bowl
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry, and stir well
- Fold in your mix-ins -- the chocolate chips and your nut of choice
- Spread Granola bar mixture onto a small, parchment-lined baking sheet
- Put tray in the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes
- Once cooled, cut bars into about 5-6 even slices, trimming the edges as needed to keep a nice, rectangle shape
