Quinoa Oatmeal


1. Heat water on the stove top until near boiling. Put the quinoa in a strainer and rinse.


2. In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the oats and stir them around until they smell toasty, about 2 minutes. Add quinoa and the hot water and bring it all to a boil.


3. Once water is boiling, turn down heat and simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes. Add the almond milk and turn off the heat.

    • ½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
    • 1 cup swiig Organic Rolled Oats
    • 4 Cups Water
