Ingredients
- 6 oz Orange Juice (can also use Pineapple Juice or Almond Milk)
- ¾ cup swiig Freeze-Dried Pineapple
- ⅓ fresh banana or 4 Coins swiig Freeze-Dried Banana
- ½ cup fresh Spinach or ¼ cup swiig Freeze-Dried Spinach
- 1 scoop Vanilla SQWARE MEALS (or another swiig protein powder)
- 1 wheel of lemon or 1/4 tsp - swiig Lemon Extract
- 12 oz. Ice
- ¼ cup swiig Freeze-dried Pineapple
- ¼ cup swiig Berry Coconut Granola
- 1 tbsp swiig Chia Seeds

Instructions
1. Start by adding your choice of liquid (orange juice, almond milk, or pineapple juice) to your blender. 2. Add all other ingredients into your blender and blend! 3.
