Ingredients

• 6 oz Juice
• 1 scp Matrix Whey Protein – Vanilla 
• 2 tbsps swiig Freeze-Dried Spinach 
• 2 tbsps swiig Freeze-Dried Kale 
• ⅓ banana or 4 coins swiig Freeze-Dried Banana
• 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil or swiig Walnuts 
• ¼ tsp swiig Lemon Extract or 1 wheel including rind of Lemon 
• 12oz Ice

Purée used in our recipes is diluted at a 1:1 ratio with water
