- 4 scps swiig Matrix Whey Protein – Vanilla
- ¼ cup Flax Seed Meal
- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 2 ea Whole Eggs

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together then add liquids
- Blend until smooth
