Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, Vanilla Daily Whey Protein Matrix, Flavor Fusion Organic Spiced Chai, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • In a separate large bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. If the mixture seems too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
  • Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form 12 equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each cookie with the palm of your hand.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden. The cookies will still be soft in the center – this is perfect!
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
